Information:
John Petrak is a Seaman, Entrepreneur and
an International Award Winning
Photographer. He studied photography in
1978 and casually pursued nature and
landscape photography until he began scuba
diving in 1992.
The combination of a fascination
for the underwater world and his long term
hobby provided the catalyst to create
a serious passion for photography with
a special emphasis on underwater imaging.
John travels extensively and is currently
running the Luxury Motor Yacht,
"Outrageous
Conduct" on a two year exploration cruise of the Caribbean, Central
& South America.
His photographic work and writings have
been published in numerous sports
magazines and his images have appeared
in many commercial and charitable
works such as printed advertisements,
fish identification references, websites, government brochures, corporate
logos, educational organizations and
as postage stamps.
